Seamless client booking

DiggDawg is a new iOS and Android client booking app designed for dog walking and pet care businesses, giving you full control over client bookings and your daily schedule.

Clients can easily book bespoke services or join group walks, helping you stay organised, reduce admin time, and grow your business. Future updates will also allow clients to update pet information and view invoices directly in the app.

How it works

Manage everything in one place — view upcoming and past bookings, track their status (Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, Paid), and cancel if plans change.

Your provider invites you — accounts are created by your pet care provider, not via open sign-up.

Download and log in — use the credentials provided to sign into the app.

Browse and request bookings — pick a service or group walk, choose your pets and dates, and submit.

Your provider is notified — every booking request goes straight to your provider, who confirms it from their end.

Manage bookings with ease

Bookings will integrate seamlessly into DiggDawg, giving dog walkers and pet care providers full control over which client booking requests they approve or decline.

Once a booking is approved, it’s automatically added straight into your calendar, helping you stay organised, reduce admin time, and manage your daily schedule with ease.

A new subscription plan

The DiggDawg client booking app will be completely free for the first 6 months after launch, giving dog walking and pet care businesses the chance to experience the benefits of streamlined client bookings and reduced admin. After this period, due to increased data usage and ongoing platform costs, there will be an additional charge to continue using the client booking features.

If you choose not to use the client booking app, nothing will change — your current DiggDawg subscription will remain exactly the same at £5.99 a month.

I’ve always aimed to keep DiggDawg excellent value for money, and that won’t change. I hope you’ll agree that £9.99 per month still represents strong value for the time saved, improved organisation, and business growth potential that client bookings can bring.
