What Is the DiggDawg Client App?

The DiggDawg Client app is a companion app for pet owners who use a pet care provider running on DiggDawg. Rather than chasing messages or filling in paper forms, you get a clean, fast mobile app to manage your pet care directly.

Your account is set up by your provider — there’s no separate subscription — so the moment they invite you, you’re ready to go.

Book Pet Care Services

Request bookings for your pets with just a few taps. Choose from the services your provider offers, including:

  • Dog walks
  • Daycare
  • Boarding
  • Custom services

Pick your preferred date and time, add any notes, select which of your pets the booking is for, and submit — your provider is notified automatically.

Manage Your Pets

See all the pets linked to your account at a glance — names, photos, and ages. Profile editing is coming soon.

Book Group Walks

Browse available group walking sessions for your chosen date, check how many spots are left, and book your place instantly. No back-and-forth needed.

View Your Carer’s Details

Everything you need to know about the person caring for your pet is right there in the app:

  • Carer name and photo
  • Business address
  • Contact email
  • Payment details (if your provider has enabled them)

How booking works

Manage everything in one place — view upcoming and past bookings, track their status (Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, Paid), and cancel if plans change.

Your provider invites you — accounts are created by your pet care provider, not via open sign-up.

Download and log in — use the credentials provided to sign into the app.

Browse and request bookings — pick a service or group walk, choose your pets and dates, and submit.

Your provider is notified — every booking request goes straight to your provider, who confirms it from their end.

Clients can easily book bespoke services or join group walks, helping you stay organised, reduce admin time, and grow your business. Future updates will also allow clients to update pet information and view invoices directly in the app.

Cancel With Confidence

Need to cancel? No problem. Open the booking, provide a quick reason, and confirm. Your provider is notified and the event is removed from their calendar automatically.
